Robust mechanical crimping tool with ratchet and exchangeable die sets for crimping of terminals up to 240 mm˛. Terminals can be crimped very easily by swinging the movable handlever. The construction with the built-in-force-blocking device guaranteed a constant and exact crimping depth and therefore an excellent electrical and mechanical quality of the crimping connection. The collapsible head of the tool enables a quick changing of the die sets. Caused by the crimping force of 100 kN the construction offer a alternative to hydraulic operated tools.
